The concept for this wooden high-rise arose from the idea of bracing according to the classic outrigger system.

The outrigger levels are visible in the facade and structure of the building. They serve as varied places for the residents to come together.

Extensively planted with greenery, they are intended to create the opportunity for residents to grow their own fruit and vegetables and to contribute to sustainable inner-city consumption. Also, the locally produced food can be sold in the attached market hall.
